Originally training as an actor (yes, she can still cry on cue) at Loughborough University and Drama Studio London, Sarah soon realised that she was far more dangerous at spotting talent than being it. A quick stint in casting confirmed it; she discovered that Agenting was her true calling. She cut her teeth at Beresford Management before spending the last eight years at BBA Management as a Senior Agent. Today, she is delighted to be working as an Agent at Collective Agents, where she champions a dynamic list of stage and screen talent, shaping careers with equal parts strategy, humour and unstoppable enthusiasm.
