Simon set up Oxford Adams in 2013 with a passion and love for Musical Theatre. Since Simon could walk and talk, he was dancing and singing all the way to professionally graduating in 2006. He had a successful career as a performer and has experienced the highs and lows of what the industry can throw at you. Whilst touring the UK in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang in 2010, he had the idea of wanting to move on and become an agent, fast forward 3 years, Oxford Adams was born.
Simon’s love for Musical Theatre hasn’t stopped and proudly represents clients all over the world. The feeling of watching a client who has worked so hard to get a job, never gets old. He understands what it's what it takes to help clients reach goals and to have fun along the way.
With clients working all over the West End, on UK tours and Internationally, Simon is proud to have moved onto Collective Agents where he will continue giving excellent and personal representation to his clients.

Bo opened Boland and Reeve in 2011 with a view to offer representation to Actors who deserved and craved a personal and team based representation and still looks after many clients who joined from day 1. Having worked as a Director and Performing Arts Teacher around the UK and Europe, Bo felt as though he had a grasp on when people really wanted and needed to help manage the twists and turns this industry can throw their way. Being an Agent was the best way to extend the love and care he already offered Actors and Creatives alike.
From the beginning to now, Bo has placed Actors in leading roles in the West End, Television and Film whilst maintaining the ethos that the way the Agents at B&R worked was Actor lead. What does the Actor want, and how do we get there? This has taken young Actors from being unknown to playing the roles of their dreams and given more seasoned Actors the breaks they've long deserved. Bo was once asked, "Whats the best part of the Job" and to this day he maintains that it is to land an Actor their dream job. It's an incredible feeling. Bo now manages a team of driven and personable Agents whilst looking after his own book and dreams of an Agency where people are getting the kick out of managing talent that he does.

Richard started his career in theatre at the tender age of 4 week’s old playing the role of ‘Baby Jesus’ in a small village in the heart of Cornwall, oblivious of the bright lights of London’s West End.
After leaving home at 11 years old to attend Ballet school in London and then going on to a three year course at Laine Theatre Arts, Richard achieved things he would never imagine. After securing West End credits, UK and international tours, music videos and movies he took a moment to breathe in 2017, and upon reflection, decided it was time to take the next step in his career and become an agent.
Over the years as an agent, Richard has really enjoyed watching his clients grow and fulfill their dreams. Seeing clients reach their highest potential is what makes him most inspired. Telling a client “you’ve got the job” never gets tiresome whether it's a lead role, a debut or anything in between.
Richard is delighted to be a part of Collective Agents and will strive to benefit others whilst always being an advocate in staying authentic to yourself and being kind to others.
