Originally from Hertfordshire, Rose has been performing for as long as she can remember, taking part in her first musical at age 7. She went on to train in Musical Theatre at The Brighton Academy before beginning her professional career. She has worked as a singer and dancer on contracts with Royal Caribbean and performed in various concerts and cabarets across the West End. After returning home from her last cruise contract, Rose discovered a passion for the agenting side of the industry. She completed the PAAP course to deepen her understanding of artist representation and is excited to bring her experience and commitment to her role at Collective.
