Senior Agent

Richard’s journey into the world of entertainment began at the tender age of 4 week’s old playing the role of ‘Baby Jesus’ in a small village in the heart of Cornwall, oblivious of the bright lights of London’s West End.
At the age of 11, he left home to train at a prestigious Ballet school in London, before refining his craft during three transformative years at ‘Laine Theatre Arts’. What followed was a vibrant career spanning West End productions, UK and international tours, music videos and feature films. But in 2017, Richard paused to reflect and felt a physical urge to evolve. It was time for Act II: becoming an agent.
Since then, he’s found immense joy in championing talent and guiding performers towards their biggest moments. Whether it’s a first audition, a leading role or an Olivier Award nomination, sharing in those achievements never loses its sparkle. For Richard, witnessing each client grow and flourish is the ultimate reward.
Richard is extremely proud to be a part of Collective Agents and will continue to strive to benefit others whilst always being an advocate in staying authentic to yourself and being kind to others.
