When it was time for a new challenge, Lloyd stepped away from stage and screen and into the world of management, discovering a genuine passion for developing people (and making things work behind the scenes). He went on to manage teams across research, training, and development within healthcare organisations, with people, communication, and experience always centre stage.

For the past four years, Lloyd has been part of the Collective Agents family, representing a carefully curated roster of actors. He’s big on long-term relationships, flexible careers, and the firm belief that there’s more than one way to “make it.” Lloyd’s been there, done that, got the T-shirt - and knows first-hand that no two journeys look the same. Having ridden the highs and survived the lows, his approach is personal, honest, and refreshingly human.
