She continued her training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, graduating with a First Class BA (Hons). Following her studies, Ella-Jane worked professionally in theatre and was even awarded a Great British Pantomime Award (oh yes she was!).

Driven by a long-held ambition to move into artist representation, Ella-Jane joined Collective Agents, where she has progressed from Assistant to Associate and now represents her own client list. She is deeply passionate about discovering, nurturing and championing emerging talent, and is excited to work closely with her clients as they grow and develop throughout their careers, while continuing to work alongside Agent Richard Leavey the ever-inspiring team at Collective.
