She went on to study English and Drama at the University of Birmingham before completing her Musical Theatre training at the Guildford School of Acting. Christy has worked professionally as a singer and vocal coach, with a brief but valuable detour into social media PR, before moving into representation at a film and television agency. She joined Collective in 2025.

With experience spanning performance, teaching and casting, Christy brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to her work. She is deeply passionate about championing clients at every stage of their careers and loves working closely with actors to ensure they feel confident, supported and excited about what lies ahead.

Away from the office, Christy's other passions include watching reality TV, taking photos of her dog, and keeping up with the most niche corners of celebrity gossip.
