COO & Director of Talent

Bo is Director of Operations at Collective Agents, where he leads the agency’s strategic direction, internal systems, and long-term development.
Bo’s career spans performance, writing, education, and leadership across the arts. He began as a performer and director, working extensively in theatre and screen and training environments, while mentoring artists at different stages of their careers. This practical experience is matched by a longstanding commitment to mental health and wellbeing within creative industries.
Alongside his work in the arts, Bo has collaborated with charities and community organisations supporting individuals in need, including those experiencing mental health challenges and people from displaced or refugee backgrounds. These experiences continue to shape his approach to leadership, emphasising thoughtful support, clear structures, and sustainable working practices.
Bo is currently studying for a degree in psychology, with a focus on mental health and evidence-based approaches to care. This academic perspective informs his operational leadership, particularly in staff development, ethical decision-making, and the creation of systems that allow both people and businesses to thrive.
As a co-founder of Collective Agents, Bo has been central to building an agency culture grounded in ambition, care, and long-term thinking. In his current role, he focuses on operations, strategy, and mentorship, ensuring the agency remains resilient, collaborative, and aligned with the values of the artists it represents.
