Working there gave me first hand insight into what the team is looking for and how best to get people in the room. Following a few years gaining experience at various agencies, I joined the team at Boland and Reeve - now a part of Collective - where I worked my way up from Assistant to Agent.

I find the most joy in supporting actors across all disciplines, particularly when they tackle projects that challenge them or offer a bit of the unexpected. I am passionate about finding talented people who want to succeed in this crazy industry we have all chosen. I enjoy new writing having written plays myself which have been performed at The Pleasence and have performed Stand Up at various venues. Outside of the office, I’m a fan of the usual East London cliches: you’ll mostly find me running or baking, not at the same time though, I'm not that good.
